Haha damn. Well 2k went out my account to a betting site last night, so if anything they'll lower it :rotfl::mad:

Yea I don't use it, but it's good to have if it's only going to be used for say a day or 2 (while other money is pending).

How come you don't like them? They trash your credit report but the 0% ones aren't that bad :). It's the ones that charge £1 a day etc that are evil though

You need to stay away from those betting sites! :rotfl:

Once you've maxed out your overdraft, it gets increasingly hard to get out of it unless you increase your income.

If you max it out half way through the month.. next months payment from SLC will pay it off but you'll be forced to spend the overdraft again to pay bills and buy food and before you know it, it's maxed out again - and the cycle starts.

Unlike credit cards, they are repayment on demand so if the bank decides to remove it after you've maxed it and demand payment, you could be left skint for the month with no fall back.

It's matched betting which I've only been doing for a few days (there are a few versions, but I "Dutch" which is find something with 2 outcomes and bet on both when the odds are good enough). I won't lose the money, it's just tied up. The match that 2k went on has been postponed as well, so I could've kept hold of it if I'd have known they were going to postpone it!

Yea it wouldn't surprise me if Natwest take mine off me if I was to phone up and ask for it to be upped lol! Might do it to see what they say.... if they do what FD do it would be fun:rotfl:Rather than explaining £150 to o2 I'd be explaining where 2 grand went :rotfl:

I've made two payments to my Capital One recently, paying on their online banking website using my Halifax debit card.

Both times I've paid, the amount has been shown on my statement and the balance has changed on the very same day I pay, albeit a few hours later.

Looks like they've started processing payments much quicker than before.

Mine never shows up when it's done by DD until the next day (and even then it hasn't updated properly), but that sounds good, hopefully it'll be the same for DD payments :)

If you order something your limit WILL go up! I like the idea of your free cash advance lol

I've ordered one thing :p. I don't expect it to go up really, but I hear about them boosting other people's limits so thought I might have been in with a chance, but then 1 payment isn't really enough lol. I can't see myself using it again. If Littlewoods feel like accepting me in the summer I'd probably close it down

Haha yea I love my free cash advances, especially when I currently have no money until online banking updates at 2am! I got About £130 before, booked a group of us cinema tickets and everyone paid me :D Due to amazing timing (just after statement date) it was about 49 or 50 days interest free too!
