Pfft. Bank of Cyprus decided they can't accept my student confirmation by email for "security reasons" and I have to post it....so when my printing works I'm going to print off an exact copy of what was attached to that email and send it in the post.....so how is that any more secure!?!?

I was declined. They said I didn't meet their criteria. Gutted. I'll appeal and mention my savings.

Experian have made a massive !!!! up on my credit report. All of my accounts is showing twice on my report, apparently I have 17 accounts, twice the amount of searches and more linked addresses than I can comprehend.

They've simply got your current address entered twice in your creditexpert membership.

Give them a call (0800 656 9000) and they'll sort it out in a jiffy

I emailed them and asked to fix my E/R problem. It said I was no longer registered so I got an email back today saying they've found the record and added it to my file.

I've noticed inconsistencies in my address between different accounts.

Anyone know how long it'll take for Bank of Cyprus to decide? Would they need my student confirmation before making a decision? Because my printing doesn't look like working any time soon!

Surprised you've heard back - i've not heard a peep yet - no email or nothing mate!

Sorry to but in guys but I just one an argument soo damn quickly with a DCA trying to chase up a debt that they allege I have based on false pretences. Within five minutes of me talking to the manager I was told:

OK Sir, I think the best thing for me to do would be to close this account and refer it back to the client

.

I only heard back because I emailed CS a PDF of my Student Registration and put that I trust this would be more efficient than printing & posting the same document....they replied saying otherwise! No number or anything nope
