    Good Morning,

I really feel the urge to apply for something today But I am going to hold out :D

I have 10 searches on my Experian of which 3 will drop off next month;)

My Equifax file has 2 searches in the las 12 months.

Edit- Only 2 searches in the last six months on Experian:rotfl:

Apply for something from a lender who only searches Equifax? Just to get rid of the cravings. :p

Mate you are a bad influence thats how I ended up with 19 credit searches on Experian round about this time last year lol.

I am a firm believer now that if you lay off the credit searches and afordabiltity is not a issue offers will come via your current account and credit increases via existing credit cards.

    I have 3 current accounts:

    Barclays 1 Year
    Halifax 3 Months Approx
    Lloyds 13 Years Approx

This month Halifax have Pre approved upto 1900 O/D

    Lloyds no offers

    Barclays no offers

So no more credit searches from me until may when I will be down to three on Experian.....

    Then it's ford ST3 time................

I'm not a fan of overdrafts, hate them in fact. They benefit no one but the fat b@stards sitting in their throne in some massive building in London.

I was hoping to get a car on finance this month but I have no chance with my 6 searches in the last 3 months. I have a decent deposit saved up but I guess I'll just have to use that and buy second hand.
