    I thought the same thing! And my friend's is acting the same so I thought my rating had affected him so his account was withdrawn too!

    Right rang Jacamo, it's an IT issue. Give them a ring and they'll issue you with a new password via email, then it should work!

    Just phoned jdwilliams, if you put your password in with all capital's it should work, ive just tested mine and its fine with caps , if not call 0871 231 2000 and tell them you need to reset your internet password it should be sorted

    Just recieved the new password and it's worked, they've updated there serves that's where the problem has started!
