They have told me that if I write to them with a copy of my credit file then I can get it removed....it was a simple error! They eventually searched me at my correct address, (still declined) to which I have been on the voters roll for almost 3 years :D

Halifax are taking their time with you mate, I applied for mine on the Friday, had a decision by the Monday
Yeaa you'll get them both removed then, but at least 1 search will stay (the one they did after at your current address)

Yea I know, so much for 48 hours! She said they are all taking 7 days at the moment:mad:

Zack, do you do accumulators? I put £2 on one earlier this season, 11 results, would have got me £169 - all ten came up, apart from Millwall Charlton - Millwall scored in the 92nd minute haha! oh well, was only £1, not £4400 haha!

I may well appeal - now to find an appeal letter...

i do them as well there always one team that let me down lol

It would appear mine was a straight accept then? I am rather shocked, especially with four defaults on there!

Maybe yea, how long ago did you apply though, they might not have had the backlog back then (guess the snow etc doesn't help with the actual staff getting to work)

Sven will bail you out! But your club has turned into a bit of a calamity...as was Darlo last season!

Zack, I applied mid december, and account was approved on my Birthday :D

I opened a Halifax reward account 3 months ago and at the time no overdraft was offered to me

Last month my Guaranteed OD was £100.00

I logged on today and it shows £1900.00.

I only transfer £1000.00 into this account for the £5.00 reward.

Barclays on the other hand have had my salary credits for a year and still will not budge on the original £100.00 they offered when I opened the account lol

Where does it say that, on the offers for you page? Mine has never updated even though I've got 3k in there now and have been moving money to and from it for a few weeks now  I want a guaranteed credit card!!

It looks like Halifax refresh their "lending limits" over the 2nd weekend of the month.

Barclays refresh their limits over the first weekend of the month and are viewable online on the monday

Lloyds refresh offers on the 22nd of the month for my current account.
