Ive explained before - they do not charge you. Basically you will get a reminder in your next statement saying pay this PLUS the o/s amount from last time. They then say if you don't pay a late payment charge will be added.

JD are one of the best for not charging you willy-nilly. :D

    Nice one mate, cheers

I have also read comments on here from you before about if the payment is clear when they report to CRA, then it will show as payment on time, you reckon that will work here (unless it was due on 2nd and they reported on 3rd)

I know mate, but I am trying so hard to get some regular payments on time, so in turn I can improve my credit! Years and years I was stupid with money, now I have learnt :D

I have another question which I am hoping someone could give me some advice on please.

I paid for an item online using my Visa Debit Card, the cost was just shy of £35, it was sent on the 28th December but I have not received it. They advised in their email that if you don’t get receive it within 7 days to contact them, so I did. He then advises me that I may have to wait 4-6 weeks for a refund ! Something about Royal Mail sending me a letter (which will also probably get lost in the post), I return it to them, Royal Mail then inform this company (seems long winded to me) - and then I get my refund...but is 4-6 weeks not a long time to wait?
