Loved the messages and all the cake - you will make me fat - I will have to go dancing again or venture the gym (yeh right - like I have done either for months the hot weather is a great excuse eh!)
Had a naff night
OH took me out for a meal and was vile all night because he is tired and hot and bothered and works hard you know - I was told I expect too much, he couldn't do anything in the morning apart from grunt because he needed to sleep and doesn't do mornings I got a card so why was I complaining.
If we were not in silence he was moaning or !!!!!ing at me across the table, I used to be such a happy smiley person and love life - maybe he's a leech!! Does that mean I can squish him under my new scarey heel shoes I treated myself to - ha ha

What can I say but keep your chin up. Think of the fun you can have doing up damp cottage.
Doggy cuddles are sometimes nicer cause they are freely given. (unless your dog has got breathe like mine, she smells BAD) Its a cuddle not `oh might get my leg over tonight`:rotfl: :rotfl:

Well I did go out looked !!!!!! hot (even Oh noticed )and shared a bottle of Pimms with the learning mentor. Had lots of fun. Seriously considering buying my own house in town and doing it more often.

OMG i cant believe it. I've sweated at work all week, really looking forward to sunbathing at the weekend and its flipping RAINING!!!

This week has been a good one for me. Traded my beloved car in and got a lovely fiesta ghia, its immaculate and although 4 years older then my little convertible it still feels like a brand new car. The big fat cheque they gave me looks lovely too. Its knocked 6 months off my debt.

Went to my ninth GA meeting last night. feeling really proud of myself. I seem to have turned my whole life around in the last 9 weeks.

Hope everyone is well. Sorry your Birthday wasnt what you'd hoped for wannabe. but glad you treated yourself xx

We had a little rain first thing its now sunny and sooooo humid, making me feel quite ill.
Must go got work.:eek: 4 days left, why we couldnt have finished on Friday is beyond me. Something to do with number of days in the academic year.
We finished for christmas really early though. !5 december. What a pain.

Recovered from the hangover at last! Speech went well, but it was baking in the hall and we sat through 1 hour and 27 mins of speeches (I timed them for the guess the length pool!). The last one was a total mare, someone retiring and giving us lists of her CHILDRENS favourite teachers (they are now in their late 20's) most of whom are long gone and forgotton by all. God she went on and on and on whilst we melted. Well I drank colleagues home made wine (seems rude to get up mid speech to help myself from the wine boxes provided).:beer:

Wannabe - your OH sounds just like mine, same behaviour exactly and thats why I don't need him in my life any more.:eek:

CG - I am also terrified of the thought of having to fill 6 weeks, even with DS actually especially with DS my mothering is very much a forced thing, no natural enjoyment at all. Still I can write up KS3 resources for my website. After my holiday! I had a cry this morning about being alone for all this time.

CC - good for you with your GA meetings. I think I need HA (handbags anonymous!) :rotfl:

Well KP we are all going to meet up. You are not alone and if you want I will pop over and we can discuss ICT!!
You will all laugh. I went out on Friday in a summer dress (very nice Hobbs one) and just before I left I picked up my purse and then my mobile. Then I realised NO POCKETS!! :mad: So I stuffed the phone in the huge purse wallet thing and it looked like a handbag!!!!!!!:mad: Maybe the time has come......!!! :rotfl:
