My ex `it` has decided to forward my emails that go into his inbox, he has been getting them for weeks but only just decides to send them.

Bit of good news got £360 for my ebay stuff this week. :j So will have some money for ds2 who is 18 on friday.:eek: God I feel old.
All the birdies that were quiet because it was so hot are having a last minute song.

Oh just remembered. Be careful with your diet as it really effects your mood. Bananas are good for being anti depressants but do some research on the net and add bits to the junk or try to regulate it a bit. Complete vitamins have all the trace elements in too, might be worth a thought. It would be good if you could ease your mind a bit.

You say we all need love and support, but it's been so long, I don't think I need it anymore. I'd like it, but i've got this far on my own.

I'm looking at volunteering with something that makes a difference to someone, i'd like to make someone smile I want to give to those who don't have much joy

I don't want anything too physical, my health won't allow that right now. I thought about helping keep the country park nice, but it may be too much.

I have lots to offer

Britney groups, nah, I don't know anyone who even likes her It would have to be females anyway. I'm not sure I could ever be friends with a male after a previous experience. I can be acquaintances, but nothing too much. I don't know if Britney has many female fans

Never knew that about Banana's, i'll have to buy some and see if it helps

UKB your ex sounds like a real w**ker. He's so obviously thinking only about himself and not his DD daughters feelings. You're definately best rid of him. Just remember that life is a learning experience and that "what doesn't break you can only make you stronger".
