I am managing to battle my depression think I am finally coming out of the other side. What has helped is realising dont need him plus he actually had a guilt trip the other day and apologised properly. ( all by email) The grass that he thought would be lush and green has turned out to be parched earth.
You should definatly go and get a second opinion a crying female has most gps reaching for the prescription pad.
If you can try and focus on getting yourself feeling better then everything else will not seem so bad. Sod the house work, ironing, etc.. only focus on what is immediate including family.

I use an image hosting website, seems to be the only way to put an image on MSE. I use photobucket.com, if you upload your image to your photobucket wespace, then right click to copy the url, click on 'insert image' in MSE (the little picture icon) and paste the image on the box it provides (erasing the 'http:/' it automatically gives you as you should alread have one on your copied link.
Hope that makes sense, my brain isn't on duty very well today. Feel free to PM me whatamess if it doesnt workA Fendi Baguette is not a sandwich.....

It's horrible and frustrating when GP's dont listen. Sometinmes they think theyve 'sussed you out' before youve said a word. Even harder if youve got a health condition and you want them to listen. Find out as much as you can from the internet, then decide whats best for you and go to see your GP armed with this information to discuss further. I did this, and a bit of sweet talking, to move thing along for me. IMHO too often they shove us in and out again before grasping the problem or our understanding of it.
Are there any support groups for your condition?? They can often be a valuable source of information.

As its Summer Solstice today i'll be sitting in my garden connecting with all energy, and meditating on the Solstice. I know it'll be exeptionally hard to quieten my mind, but I am going to do it.
I used to teach meditation in my spare time before my life exploded, if I lived nearer you all, anyone who wanted to come round and join me would be most welcome. You will all be in my thoughts tonight, energy will be sent for painful or messy decisions to be resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Its not mad chanting or dancing, its sitting in a safe environment and allowing yourself quiet space within. Regular good meditation is so beneficial, its food for the spirit.A Fendi Baguette is not a sandwich.....

Thanks for the message Urban ~ I've tried meditating but I can't get my brain to stop darting from one thing to the next and if it does its because I am asleep
and then I have mad dreams anyway! I've love to come round if it wasn't for work
I am determined to see my GP now, didn't realise it was such a big issue to me until I read back all that I posted“I tell you, we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you different.”

You're welcome Philippa, anytime
Stopping your mind from darting all over the place is just a matter of regular practise. People find it can be difficult at first (or if theyre dealing with life-things) but it does quieten with time.
If you're having mad dreams things are playing on your mind. Good youre seeing your GP, hope you'll get a positive resolutionA Fendi Baguette is not a sandwich.....
