Hi all I don't seem to have heard good things about relate seems they cash in on our misery - oops probably cause a riot now!
School is not too bad but you can imagine what it is like .Am working on the school play which is a production and a half just because we got outstanding in our Ofsted it is as big as a Mayflower production and we have only just started.We also in year 3 put on a christmas production of our own for the school and parents and we have not started - Oh dear God ... I'm a .... get me out of here!!!!!
Good luck with the Ofsted it is so stressful - I really feel for you CG.

Hi all.

Not posted for a while. My life is jsut getting worse and worse. One of my assistants at work left on friday so now i have two jobs to do as they are not rushing to replace her

Also trying to wean myself off the anti depressants so that i can have a few drinks over Christmas and i just feel so low. I just know that it depresses me the thought of not having a drink over christmas so i've got to get off these tablets.

had loads of trouble with Powergen. they changed my meter wiping all my credit off without telling me. Electric cut off as i didnt have a key to put anymore on. Still waiting for a cheque from them but in the meantime i am having to find extra money to get some electric.

Things just aren't good for me at the moment. Am just curling up in bed most nights trying to forget it all

I'm another one that couldn't get on with Relate ~ left in tears vowing never to go back! We did go to another different counsellor in the end but it only confirmed what I already knew ~ ex went on seeing her for a few months but then he did have a lot of issues and always liked the sound of his own voice!

Don't know why I haven't checked out our thread recently :rolleyes:

I'm fine but bored ~ work is so quiet at the moment and I could be getting all the housework done instead!
Maybe a couple of issues with my teenagers but not quite got a handle on it all at the moment. DD (14) spends all her time in her room, loud music and ps2 or internet ~ everyone says its normal but its just a little too antisocial and her moods are very up and down!
DS (17) I thought was doing well in college but keeps popping up on msn messenger at various times of the day when I am sure he shouldn't be home :rolleyes: he's also almost living with the g/f which is also a little too indepth and serious at his age I think....
Nothing I can't handle just nice to have a whinge occasionally

Get on the phone to Powergen and make sure they sort it all out quickly ~ they shouldn't be allowed to let you go without electricity! :mad:

Sending you loads of love girl. You hang on in there. I hope you can wean yourself off the tablets, I guess don't be afraid to get help. Will the doc let you talk to someone or would you rather not?
God I can't believe what a rubbish time we are all having.
It makes you laugh it is supposed to be the season to be jolly. I just feel blooming stressed and generally naffed off - excuse the rubbish vocab.

Sorry everyone's a bit down - I always feel miserable once the clocks go back but this year is even worse due to what happened with the rat and job situation etc. I started taking antidepressants 3 weeks ago but don't really feel any better - is this usual ? I'm not seriously depressed just struggling to get motivated and it's even harder being out of work. Find myself sat at home thinking I really should sort out the garage , clear my wardrobes etc etc etc and I just can't seem to muster up any energy to do it.

A few things are coming in on the job front now so hopefully will be back in work before the month is out - need to be so I can enjoy christmas.

The rat hasn't paid me the money he owes but assures me he will in the next couple of weeks. Have spoken to him a few times over the last month but no intention of going back there just trying to keep on reasonable terms so that I get my money ! Was seeing someone for a couple of weeks but he just had no ooomph about him and I knew it wasn't going to work out so ended it during the week - felt bad as he was pretty smitten but I was really just using him as company which is not fair.

Still being naughty and seeing my toyboy - once a week and daily texts which suits us both fine , he knows that if I start a 'serious' relationship then it'll have to end but for now it's doing the trick and makes me feel good about myself. A lot of people wouldn't approve but I don't really care !!!!

Met another new friend via gumtree and she is wicked - have been seriously lucky as the two people I have met are just such good company and we've just clicked. I think it's harder to meet good mates than it is to find a man and I have been blessed.

Hugs to everyone - off to sit next to my SAD lightbox for an hour and dream of tropical beaches.

wannubs ofsted :eek: :eek: we have our CSCI inspection next month:eek: and an investors in people visit plus the school play.
They want the rooms to look all homely with pics and toys and stuff, they
dont seem to realise ours are very destructive.
