Nutz666 - EE is completely right!! Aside from anything, of course companies can do their own investigations and find about IP addresses that have been used etc etc. What good would having a crime number do?!
Bubbles - have you taken any steps that have been advised? ie ringing Samaritans, CAB, legal advice etc? You've got three pages of advice here, so have a good read through and pick out the relevant bits.....A&L OD: £968.60 (18/11/09)Sainsbury's Loan: £6859.98 (18/11/09)Virgin CC: £2123.22 (18/11/09) £2097.34 20/11/09Zopa Loan: £6865.57 (18/11/09)TOTAL: £16,817.37 not incl Bank of M&D!:mad::eek::mad::eek::mad::eek::mad::eek: but WILL do it this time!!!!0

            Hi bubbles.
First thing I have to say (in the nicest possible way) is ...what a plonker you have been!!
No one is going to hate you here as in the main we are nice guys:A
BUT you have to take responsibility for your actions .....regardless of your medical condition or domestic situation.
You have been rumbled and need to face up to that.
That said PLEASE PLEASE seek professional advice as I think the guy you are in contact with at the Mail Order companymay be overstepping the mark with the options he has presented to you.
Don't be scared to post but please don't go down the route of self pity. You are in a hole love and need to get out of it. To that end we'll help

I can't believe most seem okay with what the OP did.
 You committed fraud and theft!
You deserve to be punished and to pay back the money that you stole.
Of course they will be harsh with you, you committed a crime!
 .
It's not a matter of being ok with what the Op has done, She knows she's done wrong and is holding her hands up. She is a young girl who got carried away when she realised how easy it was to get money.
The people offering this credit must shoulder some of the blame, they know not everyone is honest but still encourage lending. It's similar to the bankers giving out mortgages to people they knew couldn't repay.
I'm not condoning fraud but what really annoys me about cases such as this that end up in court, the punishment is often custodial, but then let's compare it to the woman last week who went on a 24hr bender and left her small children on their own. She was sentenced to was it 20wks suspended for 2yrs.
Which is the worst crime, i know which i would choose.
Give the Op a chance, i'm sure she's learnt a lesson.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

Course you were love! So you can no longer help the woman who you don't see.
If you were asking on behalf of your Nan, why not say that instead of using the first person context, which then contradicts your other posts.OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j

You can get a support worker, although it might not be from the same place. Speak to your GP or psych team about what's out there. I'm 28 and I've just got a support worker for the first time in my life, she's brilliant. There are also other things, I've been referred to a support project that has all kinds of things going on.
I'm also wondering if it might be worth you getting in touch with the place in Birmingham (it might be part of the council) which gives advice on loan sharks, you might not have dealings with them anymore but they might have seen people in your situation or similar before and know how best to proceed.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Guys, in comparison to other regular posters I am fairly new to the site and as such i willingly bow to others who have seen and responded to many more posts that me and are probably more worldy wise than I am.
But it seems to me that this OP is in a very bad way at the moment. I stand by my previous post stating that she has to take responsibility for the frauds but I'm really concerned that this girl appears to have some very serious emotional issues and rightly or wrongly needs some constructive guidance rather than attacks. I hope I'm not being very stupid.0

Your not stupid, as things went one it could be seen as diminished responsibility, as first it was definitely wrong, but then it became an addiction.
Gambling is wrong, but then people get addicted to it. Although obviously gambling is legal within reason.
The person does need to deal with health concerns first before tackling the legal ones, the problem is the legal issues is now causing further mental problems.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

OP it's interesting to see you have deleted your opening posts on most of the threads you started and replaced it with "why are people on this forum so cruel"*SIGH* 0 0

I thought for more than just a moment before I posted previously, and I clearly wasn't the only one who was curious about the paper trail you have left behind you on the forums. I'm sure you can see how the way you phrased your previous posts caused confusion and lead several of us to draw what you have explained as false conclusions.
I hope you get your situation sorted out and are able to agree a plan to pay back the money you have fraudulently obtained from the catalogue companies. For what it's worth, for anyone in this situation I would agree wholeheartedly with what has been said above - DO NOT ADMIT ANYTHING until you have sought legal advice. This situation could be incredibly serious, and requires better and more solid advice than can be given via an internet forum.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

everyone makes mistakes - even big ones like you have.
a lady i worked with in insurance stole over £20k from the company - because she was sincere in her apology and agreed to debt and other counselling - they didn't send her to jail - she just has to slowly pay it back.
recognising what you have done - and admitting to it will help you move forward.
offer to pay the money back at whatever you can afford and offer written/verbal apologies to those it most affected.
help is always out there and counselling is always available.
the main thing is to able to draw a line under what has happened and move forwards from it.
i hope things work out for you.Not really comping any more as too ill - but hoping to win £1000+ in 2017 in cash prizes - watch this space!0
