  • Nutz,

I don't think we are okay with what the OP has done, we are just trying to give advice now.

Obviously if she had posted 2 years ago and said I'm thinking about fraudulently taking out credit then she would have been advised against it.

What's done is done and the OP has to try and make good a bad situation.

The police do not have to be involved before the Fraud Department of the catalogue company look into it.

  • can i just say to all the people that are calling me a con...

The other posts i submitted were to help other people such as my sister and gran. so think before you are nasty. My life is at risk here. I am seriously sick of life and cant cope anymore by myself

I have never been abroad before in my life and my boyfriend (ex) was going to take us and i was asking advice about luggage costs.

I am on benefits and everytime i get a date to go back to work i have to go into hospital again, im on steriods again now for my breathing. I have chronic lung conditions and stop breathing in my sleep.
i would love to work again and be independant but i just get too ill. I have always been in employment but have been dismissed too many times for sickness absence.

I have been through horrific things in my life such as rape and other things. I was made homeless at 14 because of my violent stepdad.

Me and my mum speak but we dont have a relationship, meaning we dont see each other and she has said she doesnt love me.

Im on a 25 year old girl.
My support worker stopped seeing me when i got to 24 because they only support young people. I had a support worker for approx 5 years.

I have severe depression and have attempted suicide numerous times.
  • Hi Nutz

I am 100% sure about what I have written, I am helping one of my clients through something similar at the moment. (I am a debt adviser).

I don't think they have actually tracked her IP address, I think they can tell each time you log in where it is coming from and have managed to tie the accounts together.

My client used the same email address and password to set up all her accounts and I wonder if the OP did something similar.

    Bubbles.

Read through the posts again. There is some very sound advice from different people who come from different directions at the problem. They have given you options and some hope.

The debt collector has a hold over you. They will always have a hold over you unless you do something about those crimes.

So, in one post you say you drive your Mother everywhere, but in another post you say you don't see her?

  • People - I wouldn't normally dream of doing this but it is starting to appear that there is something fishy about this one. In addition to the quotes from the Op's other threads above - take a look at this one, then make up your own minds.

and this, from another thread, which appears to totally contradict it....

can u not stop to think for one minute... not al these post are about me.

i was asking for my nan, seeing if my mother could get a car to take her about as i can no longer help her as i am so ill.

and the second post was because i have never had a car before and was being thrown all these offeres from brunel ford i needed help. They try to sell u everything.
i have been driving for less than a year
