Help with lots of milk

You can make ice cream - which you can keep in the freezer ¬_¬

Or let it go off, strain it and you have cream cheese - you can flavour this with whatever you like - herbs, pepper, garlic, chilli flakes. I do this all the time if I buy too much milk.0

The milkman delivered 4 pints of full cream milk today by mistake - we are a family who only drink skimmed normally and after giving it a try we decided we couldn't use it on our cereals/in our tea. It just tasted too rich and sickly. I rang the dairy and they are not charging me for it but am now left with nearly four pints of milk.
Does anyone have any ideas of what I could use such a large quantity of milk for - we are happy to have it in meals like macaroni cheese/toad in the hole but I can't think of anything else. Ideally something I could freeze. (Does macaroni cheese freeze?)

You can freeze the milk whilst you work out what to do with it. Perhaps freeze it in amounts you would use to make a cheese sauce etc?
Or, as you are not being charged for it, ask a friend/neighbour if they would like it?

U could warm it up and use a frother because it makes lovely cappuccino!
If you havent got any sort of frother just warm it and then put it in a plastic container with a lid and give it a good shake. This will froth and bubble it up.0 -
We frequently have a similar problem. I keep long life in for when we run out of milk, it'll get half used before someone goes to the shop for fresh- leaving me with half a carton of long life that no one will drink!
I know you don't like it on your cereal but could you use it up in porridge? (where it has been cooked rather than spooned up). Alternatively, following on from the suggestion above to make up indiviual batches of cheese sauce (good with pasta for quick lunches). If you have any potatoes or other vegetables, part cook, pour over sauce and freeze (think cauliflower cheese), you then have side dishes in the freezer ready to go (again I use up for hot lunches for the kids - serving with ham, sausages, fishfingers - whatever I happen to have in).
