Try giving it away to neighbours. Could do a lot of good and you could make some new friends.

If it's pasteurised I freeze several pints every month of skimmed, semi-skimmed and full fat.

It's pasturised but non-homogenised. You can freeze it, but it goes bitty when you defrost it. I've stopped freezing milk now because of it (and I won't buy homogenised muck).

Hence my need to use it. ;)

I don't eat carbs, so no flour, rice etc in the house. Might have to make lots of egg custard tomorrow.

Different varieties of veggie soup but adding milk so you get 'cream of ...... ', I've done that it freezes ok. If you're not too anti carbs get small packet of plain flour and make up loads of cheese sauce, for fish, chicken etc.

    Hi,
If you don't eat carbs how about crustless quiche or Frittata? they will freeze well and you could make a couple of different types.
    I love salmon and brocolli.

The milk won't self destruct on the use by date. I ignore that with milk. Mind I don't think 6 pints will get used naturally before it does go.

    How about yogurt?

EDIT: I see yogurt has been suggested

I freeze non-homogenised milk - you just have to give it a good shake once it is defrosted and then it's fine.
Apart from that, milk puddings, batter puddings, scones, cake, all freeze well.
Could be an excuse to make barfi (Indian fudge) or dulce con leche (caramel) both of which will keep for months.

custard or blancmange for tea tomorow make double and invite the kids friends!
you can make white sauce and freeze it. and cheese sauce and parsley sauce all from a large batch of white sauce.
well thats about four or five pints taken care of.............the rest I would probably turn into a nice two pint rice pudding (that will freeze too). and you could try making coffee with all milk and kids absolutely love hot chocolate - even in summer! or make chocolate milk shakes ....add a scoop of ice cream for ice cream floats!.
oh and my absolute favourite summer drink is iced coffee!
    my recipe
get out a large jug and put a load of ice in the bottom of it.
decide how many servings you want to make (I measure out using the glasses I am serving it in) then in a mug measure in for example 4 teaspoons of instant coffee then tip in 4 glassfuls of milk into the jug on top of the ice. make the coffee in the mug with just enough boiling water to dissolve it. add a teaspoon or two of sugar and tip into the jug. Stir well.
delicious! and instant coffee seems to work better than real coffee! dont ask me why as I actually prefer real coffee to drink hot!
