Please remember Council Tax at a previous address is STILL a priority debt enforceable by a court or with bailiffs - make sure you sort this ASAP.
Good luck with everything, keep seeing your psych nurse and take care.

Hi all, sorry i've not posted for a while. Ive been struggling since my last post and have finally resigned myself to the fact im in a big hole and no amount of digging can get me out, I,ve been struggling for years with things and my situation is just getting worse. I am still waiting for my re referral with psych nurse for post traumatic stress docs have increased my meds and are chasing up my appointments, I am currently of sick with depression. I went on step to change this morning and completed debt remedy and theyre advice was bankruptcy. I am going to ring in the morning to find out the repercussions of going bankrupt again. Please be gentle with me as I know this is my doing but i am determined with the right help to get my life on track with the right support.0

Hi meganstaff, I'm going down the BR route myself and admittedly I have skimmed through your thread and will take time to read it properly later on.
Maybe we can be the first two on Septembers BR list on this forum.
Just knowing I'm not alone helped me and hopefully you will feel the same.0 -
Hi both
Keep strong and take care of yourselves - I have been here and contemplated drastic measures after a broken relationship death of my dad and debt! You will come out the other side have good friends on here or that you trust and talk to them even if they cant help with money it does help to know they are there.
Good Luck x:)0 -
I really suggest you get some real good advice as this will be your 3rd bankruptcy in a fairly short period of time ( if I have understood correctly ) before petitioning.
I can't help you but sending you my good luck in finding specialist help - like you I found stepchange fabulous but your situation may require something more than they can offer (?)0 -
