hi everyone, i had a leeter from the recievers office this morning with some forms to complete and leafltes to read. On the letter it states they do not need to interview me but maybe in future should the need arise. Is this normal, ive not noticed anyone saying about this before. Does that mean im not going to have to have a telephone interview unless they find something in future. Just a bit worried about it. Thanks again Gill, Oh yeh, i informed work im bankrupt and the bleeders have only moved me from my job til they decide where to put me, I handled cheques in my job and they said i cant now, im not happy but nothing i can do about it, is this right0

Hi,
If they look at your forms, feel everything has ben answered and the case is straight forward then they can forgoe the interview.
If it is part of your contract, then yes they can move you to a none money part of a businessHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Hi eeryone, sorry ive not been on much lately. Ive been trying to sort my head out and get back to work. Im in work now and decided to reduce my hours to 24 over 3 day and it does seem to be working atm. I'm still struggling to get used to everything thats happened over the last 15 months dunno if i ever will, but im trying.
Anyway todays problem is I'm sitting here cacking myself. I had a letter from the receivers last week, theyre not interested in my car or pension, which is brill news. I also was asked to ring them yesterday which I did. Anyway she told me I'm having a phone interview at 1pm today. I feel physically sick sitting here waiting for the call. I dunno what shes gonna ask and hope all my paperwork is in order. I forgot to put BT on my list of creditors and theyre dchasing me now also my income has dropped due to my reduced hours, will she be ok with this. Any ideas what shes likely to ask, im so scared its all gonna fall apart. And that I will finally breakdown talking to her on phone about the last years events. Help annyone.
thanks

Regarding the changes and the missed debt, just tell the examiner and she will update your file. THey will normally go through the statement asking you to clarify certain points, generally when you did things and why yu did things, if anything changed that changed your financial position etc.
Think about it this way, they will have to go and write a report after the interview, they only have a small amount of infor in front of them, so they need to get an understaning from you as to how the situation has arisenHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Try not to worry to much. They are only doing a job after all, and are not going to punish you. Just tell the truth, answer the questions honestly, and if you can not remember say so. Tell them about your reduced hours and drop in income. Also tell them about BT, it is a pre-bankruptcy debt so can be included! Lots of people forget things, so thats nothing to worry about. Write down any questions YOu want to ask and things you need to tell them. You have had a hell of a time, and if you do cry you will not be the first,or the last. Keep strong it will be OK. Let us know how it goes. I will be thinking of you.

Told her about debt id forgotten and she said no prob she add it on and contact them too. Thank god thats over. Hopefully thats it and now i can sort the rest of my life out and finally grieve properly for my beautiful boy. Thanks for being here today really needed you all xx0
