            Perhaps you should try emailing them? It seems everyone should have had a relpy now, they seem pretty good with the customer service so it would be worth a try.0

            I didn't win an annual one but have got the 3 months free trial one, which I'm well pleased with, does anyone know if the card is sent via the post or do we download it from somewhere, the email just says to choose which places I want to go to or something like that. Got a few trips planned to London in the next few months so well pleased with this :-)0

            So with the 3 month trial do you have to pay? Do you have to remember to cancel it or get charged? Or does the card simply expire after 3 months?0

 The card will turn up in the post in the next few days, but there will be nothing to pay. Nothing to cancel, because you haven't (surely?) given any card details.0
