For this we are extremely sorry and are aware that many of you have been sitting in front of your computers for some 45 minutes now, attempting to enter your details. Now that's what I call a response.
Let's get real about this. We sat there trying to sign up for a while whilst eating our lunch. Frustrating? yes. The end of the world? No. Some got on, some didn't. Those lucky enough to win get a 12 month membership (if you don't think you'll use it PM me), those that were 'unlucky' will get 3 months to try it out. If you don't like it after 3 months throw it in the bin. No harm done. If you do like it then search on here for a reduction code a buy one.

With all the troubles going on in the world you'd think people would love something for free, I certainly do.

Well done to tasteLondon for responding so well. can u imagine someone like Sky coming on here if their systems went down and offering such good compensation? No way. So stop whinging and get eating. Or something

Lol after I wrote my last comment, checked my emails and they are doing the offer for an annual card for £29.95 just quote ref SANTA.

As I said, for half price it really is worth it!

Awesome response by them. I wasn't expecting to get one but now that they've upped the 1month trial to 3 months I'm stoked. Will definitely get a chance to try it out properly now to see if it's worth it. With the one month thing, I'd be too busy and away for most of December/xmas period to have used it enough. But 3 months is awesome.

I can't wait to use the 3 month trial! Last time I did this I managed to bag a months trial but by the time it had been delivered I was on holiday and it ran out a few days after I got back. I was gutted that I didn't get to use it

Only just managed to sign up now, so at least I should get a 3 month membership, got a few trips planned to London in January and February, so this will come in well handy. :-)

When you show your card do you have to show ID too? Otherwise anyone could use the card.

Can anyone help, I got on the site at 12.30 entered my details. The site then went down again but when I refreshed the screen it said my details had been entered but I have not had a E Mail to confirm this. Has everyone had a E Mail of confirmation.

My friend has a card, and i've been out with him a few times. Never been asked for ID, and a few times i've actually paid the full bill on my credit card, so the names do not match either..
