Take action on the basis of what? It was a promotion open to the first 2000 entries, it did not in any way guarentee entitlement to anyone for the yearly free membership, just be gratfeul you were given the chance to get something at all.

Guys lets face it, some people will be angry that they didn't get the free card...let them have their moan on here if it makes them feel better - it doesn't affect you does it?! Stop having a go at them!
