Id recommend downloading Avira to your desktop
    Disconnect from net
    remove BOTH Avira and Avast
    Then reinstall Avira

As youve had a trojan ~

    Please run COMBOFIX

Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be)

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

    Hi aliEnRik
I have just removed Avira fromthe laptop and gone into COMBOFIX but am a little unsure as it says shouldn`t run it without help and it could lead to problems with the normal functionality of the computer. I think I`m a bit frightened and it looks too much for me to mess with, also scared of what I might do it I press something wrong... help please don`t want to mess up laptop any more than it is. Thanks

Combofix is easy as pie. As youve already removed most of the nasties it should run no problem
Switch off avira first (RIGHT click the umbrella symbol and UNTICK the guard)
    Then simply let it run

You may need to reboot your computer and router at the end but thats the only problem ive ever seen
