  • No updates on amounts yet as DD's not due to go out for a few days, however it was obviously worth me having a whinge about getting onto 0%s as when I got home today I had a letter accepting me for a new card! Don't know the limit yet so don't know how much I can transfer, but some would be better than none.

Getting things sorted slowly, and I am very grateful for all the help and support you guys provide!:T

  • I'm having one of those days when the enormity of my debt is really getting on top of me. I'm usually quite chearfull about it now I can see it slowly being chipped away but today it just seems like I'm never going to get my life back or be able to do the things I want to because it's a choice between paying off my debt or having a life :(

Anyone else ever have days like this and what do you do to chear yourself up?

I know I won't give up and that I'll be back to my old self soon, but I just hate feeling sooooo bogged down.

I think most of us feel like that times, I know i do, there's no glib answer I can give you, only the feeling passes, and you get stuck back in, stick with it, i see reducing my debt abit like reducing my waistline, I didn't end up fat overnight and it'll take time to get it down same with my debt but at least for the 1st time in many years it's going the right way!

I'll have a big update tomorrow, as it's bill paying day. I got an unexpected bill from the vets today for £75 haven't been there for nearly a year!!! Not happy about it as they say they are taking me to court if I don't pay within a week & they is the first letter they have sent about it.
