    Hi all

I've decided not to count al the money I've paid. Think I'm gonna do what Willsmum suggested and count my payments but take off the interest. That way i know that whats in that total is whats actually come off! Hoiw exciting. I qon't count my direct debits til the end of the month tho, otherwise I lose track.

One of my dogs cost my £180 yesterday as we had her spayed, but we used christmas money so only cost us £20! Bless her she's verey sorry for herself though

I know that feeling, I kept thinking I was getting sick last week & all I could think was I can't be sick as I've got 2 weeks off to fit in as many shifts in as possible. Now I'm worried about the snow.

  • I havent told anyone apart from my mum and girlfriend that i am attempting to tackle my debts..

I find it best to not say anything, as people go a bit weird when they find out that someone is trying to better themselves.

They'll either not say anything and be waiting for you to fail, or they'll be incredibly anti from the outset (as experienced by people further up the thread)..

I'm going to wait untill June before i tell people, when i can (hopefully) say, "I've been trying to tackle my debt this year and i've already smashed 5k and have halved my interest payments".

 morning so far: woke up 4.30 so i wouldn't miss my lift at 8, then came on here started chatting and had to rush last min so went out in the snow with wettish hair, got pelted by snowballs by local youths, lift was 15 mins late and took an hour to get to uni cause of the snow, we were just turning round corner and got phone call all lectures cancelled, turn around and repeated journey back to front, forgot to pick some milk up on route and nearing the end of vimto ( glad it started a trend there lol) so need to button up and brave the blummin weather again... what a morning ... lecturers are wimps :snow_laug
