I am not perfect but everyone loves a trier don't they??:A0 -
Just want to echo a question raised earlier, so the payments I make every month anyway count towards the £10k?? or is it only the additional pennies?
I am including my regular payments as I have so many debts that it would be difficult to keep up with the calculations - hope that's ok..
Merry x'mas everyone:beer:One debt in 100 days £384/1264(£865 left)Pay all your debt off by xmas 2014 £276/18864NSD 4 and 4 in a row0 -
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!
Hope you're all having a good day.
tlc - i am going to try and knock 10k off the total not just pay 10k that way if I don't quite make it I could still pay 10k (hopefully :rotfl:), mind you im lucky that most of my debts are zero or very low interest.

merry xmas everyone, hope yesterday was as good for you as it was for me.
TLC i am also counting my regular payments, and im also a lucky one, i am down to my last 3 debts and all at zero interest.
well i did have another £40 to put towards it, but i gave the binmen £20 as i do every year, as they are always smiling and happy, and will take things destined for the tip for me and they put the bins back on the property, and the other £20 went getting last minute bits, so i got that to make upIf we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?

Hi everyone, what a lovely friendly thread this is! I am inspired to join in with you all, if that is okay. I haven't read all 16 pages of this thread, but what I have read I can totally relate too and am really encouraged by everyones positivity!
I haven't set a challenge yet for myself, I will need to do a bit of digging and research. I am not sure where to start but I think I need to do a financial plan of income and expenditures to see how much is possible for me to put towards my debt each month. 10k will be too much for me to aim for as my expenses are quite high and likely to get higher due to DD college costs next year:( But now is definately the time to take the bull by the horns and sort things out as best I can.
Thanks for all your positive and encouraging comments!0 -
Happy Boxing Day to All
Can I join please, I have only just found this thread. I am also a member of the 20k in 2010 and in that i am aim for just under 17k (see sig) but i figure I have to get to 10k before i can get to 17, so this would be a good target to set. If I get to 10 everything else would be a bonus.
Not long to the new year now.
Good Luck
