    Hey all,

Nice to see a few people reappearing!! Haven't got any good news to report but am having to add £900 to my debt due to a very large (and not covered by insurance!!) vets bill.

The bank of the in-laws has come to the rescue again but am disappointed having managed to pay off £1000 of what we owed them. One step forward...

Keep up the good work everyone else and enjoy pay day as it rolls around. :rotfl:
Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...

Not a good week. I feel cabbbaged at the moment and have to go to another funeral next week.

So I'm not updating my signature but I am still around, cheering you all on (apart from Corona, who I am trying to compete with:p)

Oh, how I wish I was storming ahead now to give me a lead Banwa but truth be told I'm struggling too. I'm beginning to sound like a one sided city trader at the moment - too much "Buy, buy, buy" and not enough "Sell, sell, sell". :D

I was hoping on a pay rise this summer but that looks to be dead in the water ("Didn't you know that there is a recession going on Corona, jobs being lost, savings to be made, you are lucky to have a job at all, blah blah blah...."). I've got to wait now for my Christmas bonus to make any further inroads of any meaning which is kind of leaving it late! Hopefully though I'll make a small dent this month to keep things moving.

Shadydaz, my heartfelt condolences. Hope things improve for you quickly.

Thanks Corona, much like Banwa, we are also looking forward to CenterParks taking far too much money off us in two weeks time. I am now just aiming to get there.

Banwa, which one are you going to? we are off to Longleat.
