Hiya!
Have skimmed the thread and wanted to send some huge hugs to everyone who needs one. Seems like things are going a bit mad at the moment.....
I've had a busy day today - DD still at home (she's definitely going back to school tomorrow, though), got myself a new hairdo at the hairdressers, got my rattly exhaust fixed; turns out one of the clamps had snapped - they didn't charge me for it either...(they didn't fit it originally, a well-known national chain did and it's been nothing but trouble ever since...and I did a small shop at Tesco - DS has been waking a lot in the night as he's hungry, so I wanted to get some Farley's Rusks for him to eat before bed. But....tonight I made some banana custard which he scoffed down like there is no tomorrow (he's only 8 months old, bless him)...hopefully he'll sleep longer tonight - it's not a big problem as he's breastfed and we're co-sleeping so I do get back off to sleep very quickly, but it would be nice to have a couple of hours before (between) being woken up.
I have done some of the list though:
Wednesday~ Master bedroom and landing
Level One
[STRIKE]Declutter floors
Strip and wash bedding.. remake bed before you need to get in it! Air bed and duvet![/STRIKE]
Level Two
Vacuum floor
[STRIKE]Put away floordrobe
Tidy away the excess slap, smellies and shoes![/STRIKE]
Level Three
Sort through a box of stuff or a cupboard/chest of drawers
Dust and Deweb
Straighten a few shelves
Extras- wash windows
- wash curtains/nets if needed
- wipe paintwork and doors
- [STRIKE]Check smoke alarms![/STRIKE] Did this yesterday.
Have also done my dailies, but just have my evening things to do then I can sit down and knit. Have nearly finished the back of DDs jacket.
Right, that's me off....see you tomorrow.
Take care all

I've not finished my list because I've got a banging headache - to be expected I guess. My dad has just phoned me asking if I'll take him out in the car for him to try and drive. His eyesight is now, apparently, just the legal level to drive. The problem is he was a carp driver when he could see well - hitting parked cars, walls etc. I've said that I won't take him out because I don't think he's safe. Hasn't gone down too well but I don't want to be responsible for him having a crash!
I'm going to finish the list tomorrow.

just to say re Thorntons. You don't need to spend £30 for the hamper to be free. if you buy 3 4 2 then it includes the cost of the free item so 3 items for £10 will put in the basket and you get one of those items free.January Grocery 11/3740

I don't know if anyone is planning on buying from woolworths.co.uk but if you spend money in the 'entertainment' part of the site you get vouchers to spend in December. Not a huge amount unless you're spending over £100 and then you get a tenner back...ok if you're already after something big. 8% back from Quidco too.
Yes, i'm getting obsessed!

:hello:Not caught up yet, but back from school trip to France! We had a lovely time, but an awful journey back today. There was storm in the Channel, and Dover port had problems. We were put on an earlier ferry than booked because they thought it might be the last of the day, and it took four hours instead of an hour and a half. We were 'parked' outside Dover for nearly two hours waiting for our turn in the queue to get in....
Home now, and very tired! OH ordered Chinese, so I'll eat a little (never want to eat after travelling) and then bed. Working tomorrow - I feel it may be a day for laptops and DVD's...;):DIt is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Popping in to say hi, mad busy. Hugs and love to all. xxxPlease do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0

Hmm strong feelings the last few days - I am quite intuitive with feelings.
Oh dear, shall I? Shan't I? Shall I wait a while a few months or not at all????
The reason I never joined FB was because I knew I would search for an old 'friend' to see how life was for him. Trying not to invite for friendship - need to leave it alone single or not single.
Was the person the thunderbolt struck for all those years ago, (yes even hidden away during my old relationship buried away) sound like a nutter now I know. Just wondered how he was??????? (Not to upset anyone like I have been)
**note to self**
DO NOT DO IT DO NOT DO IT DO NOT DO IT - temptation is strong but will not do it.
On the plus side I was talking to a friend today about things (who has also been through the mill worse than me) about how I feel it was the right decision to split. Feel free from the restrictions and walking on eggshells all the time. Time to be me now.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
