Wow - I've done loads and phoned a friend for a chat whilst I was doing it which was nice. I'm now burning a nice smelly partylite voltive. I need to get through a few of the summer flavours (or should that be smells!) before I start burning the Christmas ones!!!

I am actually at a stage where the whole of the downstairs of my house looks really clean and tidy. It's amazing how quickly you can get back on top of it all. I need to make a real dent in sorting DD's treasured belongings (carp!!) tomorrow. Then I need to get rid of the overspill that's found it's way into our room then upstairs is all tidy ready for Christmas too (if I shut the door to DH's study but I'm NOT going there!).

I'm going to do a quick HHC in DD's room now xx

Evening all, haven't done any flying today except make tea and wash up.

Got in from work and took the dog for a walk then did 20mins yoga for the first time in ages. Oh dear  a bit creaky and stiff  hoping to ease the creaks and stiffness if I carry on with it.

Should be ok just need to keep the motivation up to carry on. At least it stops me clinging onto the lappy :D Plus I wasn't as bad as I thought I would be exercising after not doing any for ages so should be able to get back on the stepper tomorrow and keep at it :D

    MEGA MEGA MEGA PLEASED!!!!! :j:j:j:j

My expensive item on ebay has a bid on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yipeeeee!!! :j

Felt really positive yesterday then ex sent a nasty email back to me but now he has gone on holiday for a week so feel a bit better now he is out of the country for a week.

Starting to think about me know, not him. Although I am up and down I now know this is how it has to be. I need to build my confidence back up that I had when I was younger that I let dissove while we were together.

He would have gone mad about facebook so now I take the plunge to join the flylady group and say hi to all the fantastic supportive ladies out there! Everyone has helped me and given me fantastic advice about keeping strong and brave and this time will come. It is coming quicker than I imagined and I can feel some strength returning. I feel some of my character returning and coming out again after being hidden in a unhappy relationship. It is the right thing in the end. I knew it deep down, just couldn't face the fact. I will be up and down like a mini rolleracoster and will take comfort in being me and freeeeee! Not held back anymore

Carlsberg my DD1 was 18 when we found out she was having baby D she was 4 moonths gone before she told us and the babys dad has never seen her but she is the most beautiful little girl and much loved....yes it takes time to get over the shock,we went through a whole range of emotions....

We are also a family of 8 in a 3 bed house so never stays tidy for long due to lack of space but I wouldnt have it any other way...no sign of DD1 wanting to move out at all..
loads of love to you xxx I know you will all be supportve of your DD ,your other DD sounds great and very helpful.
