I've just moved DD's wardrobe (stupid I know). As I was moving it I was looking up to make sure nothing fell off it (what I thought was soft toys piled on it). Anyway, it wasn't just soft toys which I found out when a large, toy car fell and hit me on the eye. I have a lovely cut just below my eyebrow and a blood blister below that....and there's me going to a dinner dance on Saturday.

Sometimes you just have to laugh!

Oh Lord Mudders - sorry but it seems my accident prone demon has moved into your party of the country. Hugs love - concealing make up works a treat on bruising.... xxxx

Don't go giving pigpen ideas about what she wants for christmas

I've been to reflexology, and had my nails tidied while a friend had a reflexology taster. Waxing/pedicure/reflexology booked for between now and Christmas. Must remember to book a haircut...

Friend stayed for supper (luckily, as she's pregnant, she didn't stay too late, as I'm shattered). I've got an icepack inside my ankle support and have had my foot up for a bit. Now need to clear up supper, hoover the living room, sort out the last of the dry washing, and hopefully ice this cake that's now defrosted. Then get my gym stuff sorted out for the crack of dawn tomorrow. Oh yes, and breakfast to take with me (I don't have to do lunch as I'm going out). Stuff for tomorrow's supper (after governors' meeting) is already sorted.

Oh yes... and do some paperwork - at least the stuff I need for my expenses for work!

Suppose I should get moving... better put the icepack back in the freezer then

    evening all

I'm about to head to bed as I'm sleepy but thought I'd check in. No real flying here. Did have a productive day at work though and ticked lots off! I am going to go in extra early in the morning and check out a new lunchtime walk route on the way :)

DH still off sick today, has developed a cough now - not good as it's his big final professional exam next week.

I'm really bloated and uncomfortable eating bread/wheat again - I've also put on half a pound already, but I'm taking kazmeister's advice that it will be worth it in the long run!

Hope to catch up properly later in the week. hugs to all

greenbee - you and I have the same procrastination over expenses!! Mine are easier these days as I only get a few (and work are getting me an oyster to use at work so will be even easier then), but it used to be a nightmare!
