HBOS online banking-can't login ?

there is a problem with AOL, but i have realised that halifax are regularly undergoing maintenance, why can this not happen at midnight?

I never notice maintenance - site can be slow some days though

whenever i have had problems signing in, they have told me it is maintenance, they may be lying, who knows?

Does this mean I have to change ISP (after 12 years) or will AOL get their act together - eventually ? Go on - which one should I change to and still keep a few pennies in a bank account I cannot access ?!

I have made it into the front screen now but still cant see the detail of my account, so it appears they are working on this.

Have just tried again and can't even get as far as the front screen for either HBOS or Intelligent Finance - have cleared cache as suggested by AOL help (oxymoron methinks) Am going to drive 12 miles later today in order to try on my friend's laptop (she is BT). Will seriously have to consider whether to remain with AOL. Can't believe there isn't a loud noise coming from other AOL/HBOS customers.........

Have just visited my pal with BT - took a whole 1 minute to log into IF and HBOS and do the 'high finance' !! Thinking seriously now of getting rid of AOL as I cannot be doing with this !!! Anybody out there speak for Sky. I understand that phoning AOL would be a stress too far but have emailed - they have a 48 hour delay at present - well who'da thought !! :mad:
