I'm not expecting one to be honest, but looking at the 12 month Tesco contract, that looks rather tempting, the phone might be expensive... but the 16gb one is £560 over the term of the contract and the cheapest Orange one is £725 (inc phone cost), hmm a lot to think about!

if looking over 18 months duration yes it is more,BUT if forget about 18 months and ONLY calculate 12 months then actually £536.82.Because if you will stick with Tesco you will have to renew after 12 months anyway..
    Good Luck Everyone!
  • Another thing with tesco £20 quid a month on the contract will only get you 100min/100tetx and it's ONLY to 5 special numbers which are half price, but if like me you've got over 30 contacts in your phonebook it's wont be enough..otherwise i'll have to pay the full 20p a min for a phone call and then £20 will only buy me 100 min and no texts, because i will have no money left..I do hope all of this does make sense...

But after 12 months who knows what will have happened?

Maybe o2 will still be doing their iphone simplicity tariff which is £20 a month so you could port over to that?

But if you pay £20 a month you get £60 worth of credit so that is 300 minutes or 600 texts

The £20 is the contract deal.

Had a hunt round the T&C but can only find reference to "fair use" policy

Tesco Mobile is a consumer service. Profligate use of the Tesco Mobile Network and Services is prohibited.
