Got all my bank charges back!!

Thanks for this site Martin.

I followed your link a few weeks ago to the Bank Action Group site, they have all the documents and help you need to sue the banks for bank charges returned, although none seem to get as far as court.

I got £620 back last week, I wrote 2 letters and sent a court application and that was it.

(Does that count as money saving!)

It does if you put the money to good use;). No good having it if you spend it unwisely .... ..well thats what i recon anyway.

I am really pleased for you.

I got the money back from First Direct and I also incurred a charge of £30 straight after they settled and that was removed straight away.

I got £30 back from Citi aswell and I'm chasing £60 from IF

Everything you need is on the Bank Action Group website.
They have all the letters to copy and which order to send them in.

they even have a "buddy" system for if you have to go to court, (although no one seems to have to go) most banks sem to be settling
I paid my overdraft off with mine and donated £30 to the site as a thank you

    Good luck to you all
