My boxes were all squashed, won't be able to use the items for gifts now. Why would anyone send out boxed items in a jiffy bag ?!

That is really quite a shocking difference in order / delivery time - as I said above, mine was here around 48 hours after placing my order.

I hope yours comes soon :)

Ring them and complain. This happened to me once, but it was actually a bottle that was dented. They sent a replacement straight away and didn't ask me to return the damaged item (which was still useable, just no good as a gift!) Mind you, they'll probably just send it in a jiffy bag again...

Agree that their postal packaging leaves a lot to be desired.

Just ordered 5 glimmer sticks that should be £5 each for 99p each (£4.95), three Planet Spa items for £6 that should have been about £15 and got a free planet spa toiletries bag, ordered two items of make-up for £10 that should have been £15 and got a free mascara, £5 voucher and free delivery. Don't think that's bad for £20.95

I ordered the japanese rice mask thing from the planet spa. OMG its disgusting!!! Opened it up to find the tub is only half full, and when I was rinsing it off I could feel it scratching my face as the beads are hard!! Not impressed at all!!!

Have you checked how much is in them? Bit of a waste of money as the pot is only half full!
Might just be me but I was really disapointed with it :( I will stick to my clinique turnaround 15min facial from now on! Pricey but I love it!!

yeah, I got the rice mask, haven't tried it yet. It is full up to the lid ridge (technical term??) which is about halfway, so I guess looks full when unopened?. It does only say 75ml, probably is the right amount.
This is a common problem I'm finding with buying online - you just can't picture the amounts. I did this the other day and bought a 75ml bottle of mouthwash by accident - lasted less than a week:rolleyes: and this happens sometimes when we buy from sainsburys.
fwiw, I think all of the planet spa things I got were a bit small, I don't think I'm getting any of these at full price...

Anyway, the rice mask and the olive oil body spray smell odd but nice, the african suger body scrub smells lovely. glimmersticks I like, again not sure about paying £5 at full price?? I got the voucher but not the mascara, haha, I didn't really expect the mascara, I only paid £8 ;)

Btw, I ordered on the 11th, and got them today, 21st. 10 days omg. In a jiffy bag :D

Emailed c/s and had a reply pretty quickly to say....

'Please accept my apologies for this product being omitted from your order. The product has now been ordered as requested. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.' :j

Received the promised Supershock mascara today :j

Hope everyone else who complained gets theirs :o
  • Hmmm I think I might try to email them again and see if I get the nice person you managed to get!
