I was disappointed with them I placed two orders one had two items missing and they had charged me twice for the order the other order had one item missing and as the items had been delivered in a large jifi bag a lot of the boxes were mangled, had then to phone to sought the mess out.:mad: will not be using them again.

i emailled them about missing mascara and they said it hadnt been ordered in the 1st place!

my order was sent out on 15th, hasnt turned up yet- probably wont use the online ordering again. looks like they're not that efficient, which is exactly why i gave up on being a rep years ago!

I ordered mine on the 11th and only got mine today.
Last month I ordered some some stuff & I got it within a couple of days. It was delivered in a big box by a courier.
This time it was all squashed into a jiffy bag & delivered by Royal Mail.
All the stuff (which I bought as presents) was scuffed & damaged. :rolleyes:

I ordered on the 11th and received mine on Monday, which was superquick for me as normally my avon deliveries take ages.

oh dear, i've ordered that too. (notice in the next brochure that they are discontinuing it though, hmmm...!)

However, the japanese luminous face treatment is lovely, like a serum.

Also very keen on the african shea butter foot & elbow cream.

Have used both these before, so stocked up.

I must be the only one who is pleased with their order by the sound of it. Order placed monday 16th and received it today complete with free mascara, £5 voucher and a lipstick I didn't order or pay for yippee

I ordered mine on Tuesday, got a dispatch notice last night and it arrived here at 10am this morning! Everything was there including the £5 voucher and the mascara. I'm very happy
