I know I wasn't happy but I couldn't really complain I guess!! Must have had the same customer services guy a few of you have had. No matter how much I said it clearly states of my invoice, he wouldn't budge.

They change the prices/offers with each brochure.
The brochure you received probably won't be "active" until the end of this month, then they'll amend their website to match the brochure prices.

I still haven't received my order yet! I didn't bother with the mascara etc... Just 2 lots of the Planet Spa stuff (for Xmas presents) :rolleyes:

I got a happy birthday email from them, offering me a free moisturiser worth £15... with any order. But postage is still £3.50 and it won't let me enter any codes as I'm getting the freebie! What to do? I want to take them up on it but not be suckered into ordering more stuff. But I don't want to order a £1.30 shampoo and then pay £3.50 postage! Mind you, I guess that works out at £4.80 for a shampoo and £15 moisturiser. But my MSE-ness won't let me do it without trying to get the best deal possible!

If anyone can suggest anything that's a good buy, I will be grateful.

As soon as I/we figure it out I'll post it as a new Grabbit.

Mid December. I know they do free delivery sometimes but you usually need to enter a code and I can only use the freebie one!!!

I think free delivery has finished, & they've tightened up the conditions for the free mascara & voucher. In order to qualify now, you have to spend £10 from this list.
