Just received my order 2 glimmer stick 1 lip balm 1 hand cream. No Free Mascara or £5 voucher,even though they did show up when i ordered. Ah well you win some you lose some.

I just got mine today, everything is there bar the free mascara. It said in my confirmation email about the free mascara but didnt mention the voucher, but I recieved the voucher but no mascara!! Haha. Still pleased with what I got though!

With my first order I included the 8 in 1 eye pallet for a tenner and got the free mascara and the voucher.

My second order was two lip balms and two glimmersticks, with that I got the free voucher but no mascara. Still a great bargain though

I emailed CS about the missing mascara. They replied to apologise and said that they would send me a mascara separately. Worth a try!

Got my order, no mascara but got 2x vouchers. Think you can only use the code once tho!

Just got my order too, everything but the mascara, which I especially needed too:rolleyes:. And it was mentioned on the delivery note too!!
I've emailed CS so will see what they say, has anyone worked out what to do with the £5 voucher yet?



Edited to add: My voucher says iit's only valid on selected makeup from the brochure 2, 2010, and they sent me the brochure 28, 2009 one. Who's going to remember to use it in February or whenever? Maybe we should set up a reminder thing to make sure we all use the vouchers when we are allowed to.

I got my deivery confirmation mentions the voucher but no mascara. Pleased though with the other bargins i got so i am happy.

I'm an Avon rep and brochure 2 ( for me at least ) is available from the 24th of December until the 8th of January.
Please note these dates may vary in different areas and online but are roughly the same.

anybody else not have confirmation email ? i paid with card and had to do online check etc, but no email and can't log into account, the money has come out of my bank account, shall i get in touch or leave it for a few days
