:rotfl:I got pretty much the same response:D The irony of it is I don't even like avon mascara's, but i just can't resist a freebie:o:rotfl:
I'm just using the xmas hand cream i got for £1.50 and its lovely, was worth the order for that alone. Wish i'd got two of them now instead of a lip balm.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

Don't take it lying down ladies, call them back! You shall get your mascara (and go to the ball).
I only ordered two glimmersticks from the makeup range too and so did lots of others. Let us know how you get on.
I phoned up too and told them i would send all my stuff back and a copy of the delivery note that stated the free mascara, was on the phone for about ten minutes till in the end she said ok i will issue the mascara to you and it will take up to five days. Not holding my breathe though as i think she said it to me to get me of the phone as i was not giving in when she argued and said there was no mention on the system of a free mascara. So will give it a few days and ring back again. :rotfl:A bargin is only a bargin if its needed not wanted :money:0 -
What I find misleading is the £5 voucher.
Okay, I know people using this board are probably aware, but there was certainly nothing on the website to indicate there were restrictions with this voucher. To all appearances, it is simply a £5 credit towards any future purchases. I find this a little underhand myself.
Maybe for any vouchers gained using the glitch, we probably can't complain, but I went back & placed a £10+ order within the terms & conditions, in order to get the voucher & mascara. Of course we now find the voucher can only be used on 'selected' products from a particular brochure. It will probably turn out to be totally useless to me.0 -

Yes, I was disappointed about that too, as I was hoping to use the voucher on my next order for some more Xmas pressies. Not too fussed as I wanted some planet spa stuff anyway & that was a good deal (3 for £6) but I agree that the voucher wasn't what i was expecting & they didn't make that clear.0 -
I ordered the japanese rice mask thing from the planet spa. OMG its disgusting!!! Opened it up to find the tub is only half full, and when I was rinsing it off I could feel it scratching my face as the beads are hard!! Not impressed at all!!!0

Have you checked how much is in them? Bit of a waste of money as the pot is only half full!
Might just be me but I was really disapointed with it
I will stick to my clinique turnaround 15min facial from now on! Pricey but I love it!! 0 -
