Got my order today......missing the mascara

Emailed c/s and had a reply pretty quickly to say....

'Please accept my apologies for this product being omitted from your order. The product has now been ordered as requested. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.' :j

No sign of any of my stuff yet, but they have promised to send me the mascara.

Lucky you, the member of CS that opened your email must have been in a better mood than the one who opened mine.:(. I was told that the mascara was not on my order so tough! I emailed back with a screen shot showing the order number and the fact that the mascara was on the order, and it had disappeared between there an my confirmation email, but I was given a snippy reply that I didn't spend £10 so won't be getting one!
Oh well, just ordered to get the cheap mascara, as I don't really need two eye pencils, so will be returning everything tomorrow.
You win some, lose some I suppose.

I emailed Avon and they promised to send the mascara. I am very pleased as I love this mascara.

Don't take it lying down ladies, call them back! You shall get your mascara (and go to the ball). I only ordered two glimmersticks from the makeup range too and so did lots of others. Let us know how you get on.

hi i got my order today minus the mascara and two of hte lip balms i ordered so sent them an email and they said they will be sending them out in the next few days so worth a try lol also recd two of the £5 vouchers

I got my order yesterday, no mascara though. It said on the invoice 'free mascara' so I emailed them and they politely told me to eff off!
