Update. Today I looked at my bank account and the £20 E&L deducted has been refunded today. :j

Spoke to my vet about the claim and he is horrified and is going to write to them.

Don't know what else to do at the moment. Have told them I am not renewing in January. I will get insurance 14 days before this one runs out with someone like AXA.

Perhaps your vet could provide a more in depth diagnosis as anorexia is definetly classed as an illness according to this link

I know they are referring to us humans but let's face it what is good enough for us human's is definetly more than good enough for our beloved pet's.
