I like LUFCGirl Work for Orange, and you would not be able to upgrade your handset as you are only 3 months into an 18 month contract as you have said, the earliest you could upgrade would be on Month 15 of your Contract however depending on your monthly Spending Habit you may well be able to upgrade however this is subject to a fee which is set according to how many months remain on your contract ...
Therefore if you are wanting an iPhone anytime soon you will have to pay out the remainder of your contract (This would be charges at the full cost of the line rental excluding any Discounts/Promotions).
Hope That Helps0 -

orange have a unlimited call and txt package for like 122 why not go for that? lol
I have 2 contracts on orange and there both in 6 months in of 18 months, but orange cant do much but that is a bit annoying. I dont see why orange is doing this they should really beat o2's prices. Its allmost like there colluding!! which is illegal in the UK, because the price war in short term will work in the favour of the network reducing price first but in the long run it will favour the customers.0 -
Quick update on my Sim Card: I am getting a new Sim Card. There really was NO Sim Card....0

Just got mine about an hour ago - all set up and ready to go now - just editing my contacts list as I never get multiple contacts saved on my sim!
Very easy to set up - far easier than any other phone I've ever had. One phone call to Orange and it's done!
Why did they send me a wifi password though? WHere do I put this in? It automatically goes onto Orange network when I open safari unless I specifically open my home network to it?Noli nothis permittere te terere

Your wi-fi password is the one that you use on your router at home, so whatever you set that to is your password.
BT Openzone etc don't require a password and log on automatically.0 -
Anyone able to send an MMS? I just get a failed icon.
Got to say I was very close to sending it back - signal isn't as strong as Vodafone at home, but turning off 3G (non-existent here) boosts the signal to 2 bars. Not impressed by having to not hold it at the bottom of the phone to keep a signal though.0 -

They are probably restricted by Apple though as they will have a say in iPhone tariffs. The margins must be pretty tight for Orange.
Be interesting to see what Vodafone charge in the new year.
Anyway, I'm ordering mine tomorrow.0 -
Well so far I'm loving it - messages sent fine, voice dialling works a treat - haven't tried to send any pictures yet but haven't taken any to send and I'm confined to home with flu at the mo.
Downloaded some free apps and got all my music synced - don't want to sink outlook as I get so many emails I'd rather not be looking at them all day! Whats the best Twitter app out there?Noli nothis permittere te terere

When you connect through ur own network at home it has othng to do with orange as you can access this even without a sim card if u have a fone that works on offline mode. the password will alo be wot ever password ur hub already has set.
I would think the password orange send will be the password u will require when connecting to one of the public wifi zones ifit does ask for it0
