Its very cold here today as well - I have a vest on under my shirt and then a cotton 'vest' on top and I am still cold - getting so rubbish at keeping warm these days because the running has burned off all my subcutaneous fat (thats the bit that doesnt show - why couldnt it burn off the bits that do!)...

Sally, I am feeling a bit better this morning....been the docs - she has given me two weeks sleeping tablets. Only got to take half a tablet at night....so if I don't check in in the morning someone call me! (not too early though :rotfl:)

OH got my speakers working in my office so its nice to have some music (pixie lott at the mo) while I am working. He has also shoved a stick of dynamite up the !!!! of the desk top pc so it actually doesn't feel like I am wading through treacle when I am trying to work.

One of my clients is treating me to lunch...I don't really feel like going but am forcing myself out of the house.

see why does the body do that...its annoying and I knew there was a reason I still have a wobbly bottom and thighs! (that and the fact I eat rubbish at times )

But its very easy to be wise to other people but be useless when dealing with your own problems...think its because we are so involved and can't see it from the outside when our own emotions are involved!

I think our bodies just do it for a laugh. I quite like my boobs and bum. They are not perfect but they curve in proportion to my shape and size. I do hate my stomach though...but when I lose weight, it goes from my boobs and bum, not my stomach. Grrr!

Your body will access the easiest fat stores depending on how you are losing weight...so for me because until recently the majority of my running was in the slow fat burning zone it was easier to access fat within the cells rather than other fat stores, that may change now much more of my running is at tempo...

For you it will be by calorie deficiet, so it would attack the easiest source (the last bit you put on usually)...then it would go for the harder sources after the easy source has been used up (annoying isnt it!), boobs are mostly fat so its easy to use them up I think!
