Ive been for a lovely run...got home and felt the urge. 6 Miles and mucho happy. First run ive done at my own pace and just run without having a route planned. And I love this cold weather for running, means I don't get quite so red. So thats me done for today, quick shower, changed and pick B from school. Might take her to the playpark for a while as the sun is out

Well, to balance you runners I nodded off this morning and woke up four hours earlier. It's crazy how much having a shower tires me!
Just got a letter from a government minister, full of waffle though.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
Ames you do so well to do the amount you do already. If you need to nod off for 4 hours then so be it!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

No wonder you are tired if you are time-travelling in your sleep...
