Hi all, and well done to everyone who has managed to overpay something this month. I have managed to overpay £100 this month. I know it is a small amount but every little bit helps. I have also contacted Standard Life regarding my endowment policy value.
Good Luck to everyone :TMortgage Free as of 31/5/11 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -

Hi
No. 34 reporting in - January Overpayment is £85 - unfortunately my budget went a bit wrong due to having to replace two tyres on my car. Ok, my OP wasn't as much as I'd hoped for, but it's a start and it's addictive - I've joined the grocery challenge to help control my food shopping!
Congrats to all who made an OP. :j
Thanks
Jo
Jo - I've done the same thing!! My food shopping is out of control....I'm getting addicted too!!! :j
No OP for me in January as I've got fixed mortgage and can only make additional payments by increasing my direct debit but first OP will be 1st Feb so not long to wait!!MFW 2010 No. 145 £449/600

Hi folks, OP cheque for £500 is written and will be paid in tomorrow making it the first OP of the year and £500/£6000 target achieved. Lucky there's no council tax to pay this month as DH's car needed a major service which came to over £1000 (ouch!). It's 9 years old and has done 91000 miles so lots of things worn out. It would have cost more to buy another one though and we couldn't have sold it without the work being done so we've bitten the bullet and paid up! Hopefully ther e won't be any more nasty surprises in store!
Good luck everyone and welcome to all the newbies!
