Hello i'm number 37. I put us down for £3k but can I change that to £3,500 please? We wont be overpaying till March but after looking at things I think we can make 3.5k. Thanks!0

Welcome wilsons! You are no. 99 and we are tantalisingly close to 100 MFWs :j
ironman1 - I've updated you, brilliant that you're increasing the target already :beer:0 -
Hello, can I be number 100 please?! My target is to pay £12k off my mortgage.0
-
I have officially set up a standing order with the OP on. Only 51.77 a month, but better than nothing I suppose.
This would mean an OP of just over £600.00, but I am going to aim for the 1K mark.

Hi, I'd like to join as well, please.
I was no 48 in 2009 and had a target 3000 yet managed over 7800 so a great success
This year might be tougher but as I am going onto a flexible rate of 2.5% from January (hurray!!!) I've already set up an overpayment of 180 a month plus will try to add on top of that.
Target: 4000 unlikely but hey let's be optimistic!
Good luck everyone!0 -
I am worryingly excited about starting this challenge!2010 MFW Number 81:
£40/£700 :T0 -
I'm excited too - but scared at the same time - I hope we all get through it together!
Overpaying by £600 a month sounds scary - over half of my take home pay. Here's hoping for regular bonuses!!!
My Direct debit means I'm already overpaying by about £150, so I only need to find another £450 a month on average - eekMortgages Oct 2020: £308,283 Jul 2021 £286,600 October 2022 £253,456 MFW-22 #9 MFIT-T6 #350
