    MFW #19 - November update

    Overpayment for November was £1,300.
This means that I have surpassed my target of getting the mortgage down to £65,000 in 2010.

Thanks cake21 for maintaining this thread as it is a real motivator.

  • No. 29 reporting in for December. Automated overpayment being collected tomorrow for £500.00

Along with my standard mortgage payment, that's me done for this year for mortgage payments.

Aim was to hit £6k in overpayments, ie 12 x £500.

For a change, I've done that, although I've been drip feeding savings into the mortgage and this will have to stop come 2011.

Oddly (mustn't be feeling well), I'd already updated the form for my December payment before posting this.

Thanks cake21 for running this - I know from the MFiT-T2 challenge that it's much more work that people may think.

    Best wishes for 2011 everyone...
