so, what you're saying is that when women are looking at shoes they are having the same kind of thoughts that men have when looking at breasts...

lol!! No, not really...well I don't think so....:rotfl:
I just mean, men can't get their heads around women & shoes "How many pairs do you need??" and women (well, a lot of women anyway, maybe not all) think "God, once you've seen a few pairs, what's the big deal?"
Anyway I think I'll shut up now, I'm sure JD doesn't want this all over hear thread!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.

That's got to be one of the better quotes of the month... :rotfl:"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

hi all,
all in all its been a rubbish start to the year for me. i seemed to have stayed still on the debt repayment situation, paying a load off and then something cropping up and ruining it.....one step forward and two steps back:(
april will still be a dodgy month for me as i will be trying to get back to level ground after a very expensive march!
may looks like being a good month where i can make a start throwing all my money at debt again.
a quick update on the overdraft.......£189 to pay off.......this WILL be gone in april!!!!! i will need to do a revised budget starting from may. decided to join up for dvd trial with lovefilm, will stop me wanting to go out as much:) its getting annoying when all my mates are out every weekend and i have to stay in AGAIN!!!!
once the overdraft has gone i will be starting my "kill the loan" fund. hopefully this will then be the beginning of the end for my abbey loan:D:T:
i really need to put some money aside starting next month for the huge costs of kitting my lot out in school uniform in september!!! my eldest DS will be starting high school and they have to wear special shirts you can only buy from the school!!!!!
on a positive note and not money related......after all the trouble i have had with DS1 in the last year.......trouble at school, exclusions, taking him out to homeschool and then him returning to school again.....i got his predicted SAT results this week based on tests he has already done and they are 5A in maths 4A in science and 4A in literacy......i am a very proud mum this week!!!!
anyway onwards and upwards:)

All that business about only being able to buy the uniform from the school is going to stop soon. It was a government legislation which was passed recently. Well done on the predicted SATs results. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0
