    Morning all

TM you certainly sound chipper this morning considering :D

This morning I have to drop DD off to school a little early as they are going on a trip today, she's too little to go on trips without mummy :(

Then I have to whip the car down to my parents to take them shopping, then it's back home hopefully in time to get DD to the dentist (that will be fun, not)

I am feeling shattered and even DS has woken up with bags underneath his eyes, bless him. He didn't get off to bed until 10pm as we were sat together on the computer planning the summer holiday itinerary.

Does anyone know if Drayton Manor would combine the needs of a 5 year old and a 12 year old. And if it is too big for us to walk round without leaving her exhausted? We've been to Alton Towers when DD was still in a buggy and we decided that she just couldn't walk round a place that size for a day.
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

a very quick ' good mornig' from me while i have a cup of tea thn virtually all of my day is accounted for:
into town to pay car tax and post amazon sales. Also need to get my dads specs repaired as both pairs have a 'handle' off now.
need to bake cakes, make delias quick flaky pastry which will later become chicken pie, pack my suitcase as im off to dubai for the weekend, wax the caterpillar that has lived on my upper lip since i turned 40, walk the dog at least once.

Breakfast - toast on the go
Lunch - sandwich of leftover mixed salad from last nights tea
Dinner - chicken pie and chips.

have a good one - hope to pop back later or ill be getting withdrawal symptoms!

    Morning All

    Busy day again today.

WM aboutto finish and another load to go on. Then is I need to do my swish and sweep. After that we are off for a swim and need to nip into Morrisons for some Milk for DD (it handy as its across the park from the baths and free to park were as the baths is 80p). Later on when shes having her nap I'll do my house blessing.

Also does anybody know a cheap place to get those vacumn pack bags as I need some for the clothes of DD I sorted out yesterday. If I get that done today DH can put them in the loft tonight.

    Sorry for the quick post

    Have a good day everyone

    Morning :D

Am sitting in TM's study. TM has gone out to do the school run, and Nels just dragged herself out of bed and is now in the shower. I've been up (by "up" I mean at least semiconscious) for about an hour and am not too hung over TBH, which is pretty good considering the amound of RED wine drunk last night - though I've got a killer of a sore throat!

Curry was fab last night

Shopping update (let's just say we spent a fair bit but we got LOADS of great stuff for our money, especially in Next where everything was reduced to £10 or less!):

    Nels
    Shoes count: 4 pairs
    Top count: 5
    Skirt count: 2
    Belt count: 1
    Bikini count: 1

    Rzl
Shoes count: 4 pairs (3 for work, 1 pair of casual sandals)
    Bag count: 1
    Bra count: 3
    Top count: 5
    Skirt count: 3
Trousers count: 2 (including a fab flattering pair of stretch-fit Levis, £25)
    Necklace count: 1
Earrings count: 1 pair (to match necklace)

Best buy: in Ted Baker, a beautiful silk skirt originally £75, reduced to £15, and I got an extra £1.50 off as it had a button missing! ;) Nels liked it so much that she bought the same one.

Weirdest coincidence: we were in Next, browsing separately, and I picked up two skirts, a top and a pair of suit trousers (total spend £19! :D). When I next saw Nels she said that these trousers, which I'd picked out without her even being there, were identical to a pair which both she and TM both have (also chosen independently of each other!) How bizarre.

I have a little left in the kitty and only a couple of things left on my list of stuff I need in the next few months, including a birthday pressie for a friend, so I hope I find that today and I won't need to buy anything major again until the winter :D

OK must dash - update after Boundary Mill :D (I'm sure Nels will be on in a minute)

    Rzl xx

I am really pleased at how tidy my home still is thanks to the FLC last week. Thanks again Moggins for that thread and to everyone for their encouragement.
Well, getting rather hot and sticky sat here... really must go have that shower :rotfl: Got to do a quick search first though on what to do with a MASS of lettuce (I don't do things by halves... see my posts on Kefir.... I now have over 20 grains!)
