How about Tony Christie obi, would keep the old dears happyA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I will be forced to gouge my own eardrums out with a biro after 10 minutes of that rubbish. I've got a few of those ambient, 'celtic dreams' type musci cd's leftover from He-That-Can-Only-One-Day-Wish-To-Be-Pond-Scum' failed shop, so might bung those on. I'm sure somewhere there's a cd full of the music big stores play to make us spend obscene amounts of money - must check Ebay for '1001 Tunes To Make People Go Nuts With A Credit Card (and other family favourites)'This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

You know, my guess is that if you translated relaxing, soothing whale musice you'd get the equivilent of either a) a load of old whale ladies complaining about the arthritis in their fins, and plankton nowadays isn't a scratch on the stuff we had when I was a calf or b) a bunch of randy whale boys going on about the Whale Premier League and yelling 'look at the dorsal on that!!' at passing shark girls. This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

Obi, probably a strange question but have you come across the R2 wool? I invested in some today to make a snug ( big scarf to you and me) as it was dead cheap in the hell hole which is known as hobby craft. But, I had to invest in some 20mm needles to do it with. EEK! I am not sure I can knit with something so stupidly big :S0

Whats R2 wool ladys? can knit but have been so lazy about it.:o so something that knits quick would be nice.0

R2 is a sub brand of rowan. I saw it at a trade show and thought the pattern books were a mess (designed to look like a students jotter) and the wool nowt special. Hence them now 3 years later selling it all off cheap and hoping everyone forgets about it...........
Big wool is all the fashion right now. All the big boys are bringing out big fat wools, so you should have no worries finding something to knit on your big ol' size 20's. Worst comes to worst, they're excellent for a) structural shoring for office blocks b) poking beleaguered hubbies into finally getting on with those wonky shelves and c) fashioning inot makeshift javelins should you ever get caught short in the Congo without a rifle (oh, how many times has *that* happened, girls...)This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

I had never seen it before, but really liked it. I am not sure how I am going to get on with threading the braid, but I am going to give it my best go. The size 20's are stupid, im a good olf fashioned 8's and 10's girl.
Edited... While I am here I am going to use your knowledge. Sorry, Does anyone do patterns for Baby Annabel? I am just doing standard 18'' patterns and hoping for the best. My DFW ways didn't allow me to spend £15 on dolly clothes.0
