I got the wife one last time round and the atlas rasul was the name on the voucher instead of "express treatment". Mini manicure, Mini pedicure, Spray tan weren't options on the last voucher but she was allowed full access to all the facilities for the full day, however this time round it's only for 2 hours access.

You win some, you lose some, still can't grumble for the price.

I'm quite disappointed by the Formby Hall offer - surely a "spa day" should mean a day in the spa - not just a couple of hours?

Nearly three weeks later, but I have finally received my SensSpa Hilton haircut and hot stone...erm vouchers. Somebody must have complained (thank you!:T) because I received three letters of invitation printed on posh paper (still with a green signature on the back) rather than the photocopies some others have mentioned. So will be okay as a gift. Phew, I was getting worried there. I haven't checked the t&c yet though...

Just called the Retreat Spa in Swindon as I only recieved one voucher, when I booked for 3 people. The woman was really helpful and explained they had problems when sending the vouchers out. I asked if she could send 2 vouchers to me in the post, as they're presents, and she also let me book the treatments there & then. We've got an hour in the spa, then the rasul mud treatment. Lovely! And got a De Vere hotel for 2 nights, so we can make it into a proper break. Can't wait now!!!

I have been trying to contact them for days!! I only recieved a little voucher thing with my name on, not very good as they are pressies for my mum and sisters, have emailed them now, hope I will get a response.

I left a message last week, but no-one got back to me. Just try calling as often as you can. You'll eventually get hold of someone.

I got mine from Formby Hall yesterday. I order 2 (for me and my mum) and have received 3 vouchers!. I thought the £10 included 2 treatments so I'm wondering if I'm a voucher short or if the offer only included one treatment and they have sent me an extra voucher in error. I can't find the original offer on lastminute.com. Can anyone help?
I'm hoping i've got an extra treatment but will I be generour enough to give it my Mum..ha ha

We stayed at a De Vere down there - Shaw ridge (with the pointy roofs, lol) when seeing Stonehenge in mid summer.

Certainly was quirky looking, but really nice and we got it cheap.

So if it's that one you're staying over at (there are 2 De Veres in Swindon area) then am sure you'll love it.

It only included the (choice of) 1 treatment initially, so seems you've struck lucky there! Well done hun :T
