I got my Sens Spa Hilton voucher today - very unimpressed with the packaging. As mentioned in a previous post, it looks like a photocopied voucher. Some extra christmas craft required to dress it up as a present, me thinks

My voucher looks like someone has scribbled on the back to check to see if a pen was working - does anyone elses voucher have marks or a signature on the back of the page? Just want to check before I call them x

Oh thats OK as they are for me, so Im not really bothered.

Do they have a name on- ie could I give to OH for him to get a hair cut with?

My voucher did not have a name on it, it just details what the voucher entitles you to. I guess that means anyone could use it...

I bought the facial treat, the hot stones massage and the hair cut for me and my brother's birthday, all at the London Hilton. I received my voucher for facial at Purity, London Hilton but nothing yet for the massage and hair cut at Sens, London Hilton. It's just a cheapie photocopy and arrived 2nd class post in a small white envelope, so to charge £2.50 P+P is a rip-off I think.

I rang the salons to book my appointments before I received my vouchers as I was concerned that availability may be limited due to popularity. I had no problems booking, apart from being told that my brother wouldn't be able to have the haircut as there is no hairdresser for male hair. I don't know if that's overall or just on the day in question, as the person I spoke to did not speak very good English. I was offered a longer stone massage instead, to which I agreed.

1) Has anybody received theres yet?

2) If so, does it in its voucher form, look gift worthy?

3) Does it state the name entered at LM.COM checkout?

4) Can it be used at weekends?

5) Do you think its good value?

Definitely not gift worthy as I mentioned before its like a cheapo photocopy

The spa voucher states Monday to Friday, but Im sure it said Monday-Sunday on LM.com

Mine arrive today. Looks like something written on the back of it in a green pen. Not too happy with it though. Looks very unprofessional to give as a gift. Plus the envelope wasn't sealed so worried that the vouchers for the hot stone massage (also at the Hilton) were with it and have fallen out.

Got the haircut letter the other day. As others have said wouldnt look like the best present. Recieved the hot stone massage today and this looks a lot better in a kind of card thing and would look ok as a present.

Bit gutted it doesnt look better as they are presents for my mum but she will understand and she knows im a money saver so will probably know I got them discounted anyway.
