My hot stones was exactly the same - I assume they'll cross reference names against a list at their end, but I wonder whether they'll check to make sure that the person who turns up is the named individual!

Still waiting for my vouchers from Formby hall as well. i rang them on wednesday and they said that they were having to re issue the vouchers with new expiry dates because of the postal strike? and i should get them by the end of the week.

Received my Park Lane Hot Stone vouchers today and I was quite happy with mine? They come in a nice envelope and have nothing about the price etc on it - also booked mine with no hassle either - hopefully will be ok when we go next month.

Yay! Our tickets arrived today for Formby hall! :T

They look lovely! Really professional on nice quality card and more importantly - no mention of price on them.

Says 'Express treatment' on them and this voucher entitles you to a choice of:

Mini manicure
Mini pedicure
Spray tan
Atlas Rasul (Don't actually remember this one being a choice before )

Great looking vouchers if you are intending to give them as a gift...Ours...? Well...they're all for us! :j

I had a card through from Royal Mail today asking me to collect an item from the sorting office which had insufficient postage paid. Turned out to be my hot stone massage [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] voucher. There was no stamp on the envelope at all but they charged £2.50 on the order for P&P!

I shall be phoning them to complain.
