£10 Spa Days from 10.00am TODAY!

Managed to get some vouchers for the royal spa in Tunbridge. Got confirmation receipt quickly and then booked the visit. So all sorted in a few hours and got the confirmation notice from the spa. They just had to wait for lastminute to send the names through. :j

Quite dissapointed,

I ordered 3, 1 for my gf and her 2 sisters, thought a nice little xmas treat for them to do together at the titanic huddersfield.

was going to put each voucher in a card for each of them but it arrived today with no vouchers, just alot of sales bumf about the place and a covering letter saying "£10 spa offer lastminute.com" or similar and a booking ref and they must take this letter to the spa.

It doesnt even say its for 3 people!

they have done their best to make it look cheap and nasty and not something you would want to give as a present, i wonder why?

I got the same Truman from Titanic Spa, however i'm gonna email them and ask for them to make me three vouchers without the price on so that i can give them as pressies..... Can ask for nothing.....

Are there more offers on Lastminute today???

I managed to get two of these but had nothing in the post yet? Should i be worried?

Also, I got an email from them today about more offers starting at 10am today!! Including 2 courses for £10 at Marco pierre Whites restaurant (not sure which one as It will not let me go further to look on lastminute

I haven't received my vouchers from Hilton on Park Lane yet - I have booked the dates but still no vouchers?

Argh!!!! I am soooooooo annoyed!! I have just rung the Tunbridge Wells Royal Spa because I have not received my vouchers yet and they said they dont send out vouchers they send out 1 letter even though it is for 2 seperate people and that it is only valid on mon - thurs! Which is completly no use to me because my mum works full time and I have a 1 year old son, so unless it was a sunday there is no one to look after him!! I am soooo anoyed because it has ruined a great christmas present :mad:

Fraid to say it was probably there in the T&Cs when you booked it, I booked for Bannantynes and it is only for January for instance. I found it all very quick, booked on the Thursday I think and received the vouchers on the Saturday, no prices marked and just my name where it was from so I can fill in the "to" bit myself.

Yeah your prob right. I did check through the terms etc though before I booked it and didnt see it, I must of just been so excited about it and not really noticed. Its a shame that the voucher is just coming as one even though I booked two but I suppose I will just have to go without opening a present on christmas day and let my mum open it!!

Truman - I've had a response, they've apologised and have put me three vouchers in the post this evening....

Just one prob, can only book Monday - Thursday, but doesn't bother me....
